Error Message when trying to download TRS19 Platinum edition

Can anyone explain why I get this error message when I get to downloading installation data "failed to download installation data. Details: Result:-5. Path:D:/patch.bin URL: http://dl1.n3vgames.com/Patch/STREAMS/trs19_q3/460/2a2c073b084897a13672aed3f98e2184.bin"
