How do you merge TS19 and 2019 Platinum Edition so you do't end up with two installs?

Why (even if you could)? TRS19 Platinum is the superior of the two, in terms of tools and features, so you would not need both. Once I had MS Word installed I had no further need for MS Wordpad.

When installing Platinum:

Install using defaults.
Setup up normally.

When complete:

Go into Trainz Settings on Launcher.

Go to Install tab.
Modify that path to point to your existing TRS19 install.

Restart as required.

Done.

I've done this many times as I've updated databases in one version and migrated over to another, or setup a test version.

Thanks

That's moved over the added content now I assume I can delete the older version with its builtin content? I'm just after saving a few gigs of SSD disk space at this point in time.

That's what I'm trying to avoid having both versions on the machine.
