Laying track in a switching yard

Sometime ago (maybe even years) I watched a video describing how to best lay track in a switching yard so that all the junctions and tracks were smooth and even. Is that vid still around and if so can somebody direct me to it?

Check for creator Stationmistress on the DLS, she made some tools for laying out track.
