Last two days I have not been able to download anything from content manager or via ftp. Both state item is not available even though it shows available for down load in CM. I have an active first class ticket.
Any ideas?

Have been downloading a few items over the last few days and only once did I have an issue where the server could not be found. A restart of TRS19 solved that issue (but that may have been a coincidence).
There's some kind of intertubes bug going around... It seems to be fixed now, but the problem has been intermittent so it's difficult to tell if it's all okay.
