N3V - SS4 China Pack DLC Question

I see the SS4 China Pack on TS12 CMP with N3Vpolsen kuid - I assume this may be an update.
I purchased it from Simulator Central Shop but back 2013 but need to re-download it and cannot see on Simulator Central Shop a download button etc any help would be appreciated
Nor does it come up as a paid downloadable when ingame???

And unable to load it into Tane due to no way of downloading the pack

Your MyTrainz account "butler57" definitely has the package allocated to it. Could you please load the luncher and try clicking "File" -> "Download Purchased Items", then "Start Trainz".

You should see "Trainz DLC: Chinese Electric SS4 Locomotive Pack (420)" come up in the "Asset Download" window.
