Well, webs.com has been contacted about the situation and a complaint has been filed against "Peter's Trainz" for copyright infringement due to "Peter" not responding to our attempts at contacting him.

@Superfudd: When some chode you don't even know uploads some of your content breaking the licensing that is clearly stated within the files "config" without permission and doesn't even properly give credit to you. Then I think you will know why.

I didn't post this thread so some yayhoo could post a link to a bunch of downloads of landrvr1's content, especially since landrvr1 told everyone how to distribute his creations, which would be through email, not downloads, I for one will NO LONGER distribute through email, since my doing so may have given someone the great idea to put his content on a downloadable file site.

As the old saying goes, it takes one bad apple to spoil the whole bushel!:( :(

Its not that he pointed to links to where to download them I think that would have been ok. Its that he has the files themselves on the site to download which has been stated by many other posts listed above that you need written permission from the author to do this. Which he clearly hasnt.:confused:
