I felt the need to start a thread devoted to model railroading, as most of us know Trainz is a wonderful way to design a model railroad, so lets see yours.
**Please, no negative comments directed toward people's posts if comments are negative or insulting I ask that a moderator delete them, , this is friendly thread.**

Actually I used my 5.5 foot by 10 foot N scale layout to design my first Trainz layout, Elko and Lincoln RR, for Trainz SP3, later upgraded for TRS 2004 and the TC1&2.
Using one base board I made the curves broader and the straght aways longer and added a few moree sidings.

I have an HO scale layout that takes up have my garage. I've been working on a route in trainz that will look like it. I have lots of German stuff on it and some F7s.

Well my model railroad is currently a Winter Theamed 7' x 8 1/2' walk-around style O guage layout. I use mainly Lionel power and I just got a new CSX SD80mac (yes, it has TMCC, Railsounds, Odyssy...) and I LOVE it. I came up with the original design of the layout using Trainz.

I have a social life...:p
Got one with some basic track layed down but thats about it, Probably couldn't run anything on it now due to not being used for so long.

Well, I currently have 2. This past fall, my dad was talking about leaving the office he worked from and work from home, and since that meant the house was to be full of office furniture, I decided to make better use of smaller space and set up a small trainset on my computer desk. (One of these days, I'll need to post a pic of my Trainz space!)

But that move was deferred until January, while I was able to set up a Lionel train layout spanning 2 foldout tables in my brother's former bedroom. While we got rid of most of the excess furniture, the room is still got bookshelves and his books, and turtles! So for now I can barely get to it! My desk is quite cluttered too! Gotta go through more Coke bottlecaps!

I finaly got to put mine back up it's a N-gauge set that has been put away for about 16years and only 2 of my 8 loco's worked. I have sent 2 in for repairs and have pick up 2 new ones.
I have just started putting the landscape scenes last night.

Here is a pic of what i'm working on.

My very first layout.

Well, about a year ago, I bought my first oval of N-Scale track, Kato's V5. And now my layout is on a 27in x 10ft board at the back of my bedroom. Its very much in the developing stages, with about half of the landscaping done.

When it's finished, I hope for it to resemble the Pacific Northwest, sort of Northern Oregon, Southern Washington.

i have a 4 X 8 layout in my office, its near completion but i am going to add a double track in front of the station. on the other hand i am part of a club that i am currently the President of (see my signature) an we basically own a 60ft by 30 or 40 foot layout. Our next open house is June 14-15th and it is located in Redding, California, USA!!

I have quite alot of buildings, track, scenery items, trees, locomotives and rolling stock (from different countries) and of course, 3 trams. :p

I have a HO lay-well...a creation!

I have a Rectangle shaped coffee table and a HO scale creation in it.It's a Chessie System museum that has two working SD-40 2s and a 2-6-0 steamer
with a old passenger car.One SD-40 2 carries passengers and the other carries toys and meat(And a caboose:hehe:)There is non moving traffic(But there is traffic along with a Nat. Guard convoy. There is also a junk yard(Small). There is also a plane crash(A fighter jet and a heli)with a ambulance and a SUV from the airport rescue squad(I think). There is also a station with two cars by it(by the station and the 2-6-0).A railroad crossing is right by the station.I might make something like this is trainz when i get it again.

I will post a picture(or a weblink to a picture of it)I made it(Of course).

P.S.Its a bachmann train.(Both the diesel and the steamer(And the freight cars & passenger cars))(Not the other stuff(The track is bachmann EZ track))
