Time to post a few more. I have replaced the single track and tunnels with double tunnels to allow more traffic and reduce delays. Also note the rockslide detector fencing.

Hello
Jay - beautiful work and maybe in the valley you could put a abandoned mine?
also what rockslide detector fence is that
Bye

Bartosz Banasik originally did the Death Valley Line shown in my screenshots. After getting his permission, I have been doing some changes to it like the ones shown in my previous posting.
The rockslide fencing shown can be found at http://trainzproroutes.com/downloads/index.php?act=view&id=780

I won't let the cat all the way out of the bag yet, but what I will say is that there are going to be some serious improvements and changes to industries and some of the road network.
Keep in mind that I am not knocking the work done by Bartosz, I am simply taking it one step further and trying some new things.

I hope the Link helps.

The spur which breaks off of the Winchester Branch is of little importance, and shouldn't really be there anymore, and I really didn't want to go through all the trouble of kit-bashing it.
If the line were more prominent, then I would've done more.
Besides, I'm not going for 100% accuracy here.

If you are interested, Bendorsey has actually made a bridge that is in a similar alignment for me for Bethlehem. (By that, I mean a bridge that allows for a switch in the middle of the bridge.)

Of course, I cannot remember what the heck it was called, or else I would have a link for you.

a few days later,a few reworks made...
the island job required a different approach,so now i try to finish it one tile at a time.

started a new route tonight. the idea came from a town near by where the NJT River line runs through the middle of down town..

I would like to introduce the Appalachian & Levi Line. The railroad started as a small mine railroad out of Levi Kentucky a few years after the civil war. A few years later a geologist discovered what he described as a "mountain ridge of bituminous coal" located in the hills north of Levi. The railroad secured track rights quietly and sat on it's find.

At the turn of the century the USA was going through a incredible growth stage and needed coal as oil was found not to be as plentiful or cheap to extract so coal is king. Now the A&L can fund a big push north and exploit the massive coal fields.

Below is pictures of one of many "cut in the hill" areas of the new A & L mainline as it will make it's way to Cincinnati Ohio in the future. The line is using some of there old NG equipment to haul away overburden.

This is also my very first pictures I have posted here I hope you like them :o

I've been to Harpers Ferry several times as a youth, if it's any gauge of how well this is done, I knew EXACTLY where this was the moment I saw it!

Great work! (You do need the "Mennen Toilet Power" ad on the cliff face tho :D )
