You might be a Trainzer if...

Visit the most breathtaking building, landscape, etc and you spend your time taking pictures of the walls, floors, ground etc., just to get another texture.

Look at everyday objects and wonder how few polys you could use and still have a decent model.

you Tell yourself "Wow, I'm finally done with tracklaying!" only to go back into the route 15 minutes later and expand it another 5 miles.

Make music from whistles (wait, thats a good idea.....)

I hate to rain on your parade on that idea, but it has been done, go to Youtube and search "calliope music"

You might be a trainzer if...
You wonder why the junctions dont make a sound when passing over them past 5mph

Oh no....

You might be......

If you read all the previous posts and think about starting a Trainz anonimous group.
because you realise that most of ir applies yo you.

You are most definitely a Trainzer if:

You find a second reason to post in this thread:o

You think the best thing to do at a TA (Trainz Anonymous) meeting is swap surveyor techniques.

Matt.

You just might be a Trainzer ... if when driving down the road, you notice a beautiful sky, and remark: "That looks just like Pomme Sky 7 " !

You might just be a redneck: If your workin' portable BBQ grill, sits atop your non-workin' big BBQ Grill !

You might be a Trainzer if. . .

. . . you're driving along a well-manicured residential area and see five trees in a row that look identical and think, "He forgot to randomly rotate his assets."

you think pulling 53 foot Maxi-stack container cars with a 1950's 2-8-0 is totally appropriate, because it's trainz and you can do whatever you want!

You see a screenshot (Most probably a WIP) with a kinked switch, and you reflexively try to fix it with the "Straighten track tool."

You think a good use of time is to scout out locations with modeling potential in Google Earth.

You have more than 3 WIP routes on the go in Surveyor.

You think 8 hours in Surveyor, resulting in no more than 1k of track; 300 square metres of texture and 5 buildings placed, is a worthwhile use of time.

Matt.

You might be a Trainzer if after spending hours in surveyor and starting driver, you realize you forgot all the speed signs and direction markers.

to add on to that, you might be a trainzer if you spend hours in surveyor, only to find out you deleted several red switch levers and never replaced them.

You might be a Trainzer if...

you catch yourself stoped at a crossing listening to a train horn and think "God he shud've used a JR hornsound." :hehe:

You might be a Trainzer if...

...you see a truck on train tracks (the MoW type) and are confused as to why it needs those railway wheels!
