You might be a Trainzer if...

You might be a trainzer if...

you pour your heart into working on a route, only to realize five hours later, "Hey, i missed dinner."

You ever dream in surveyor mode.

You spend all day at school planning what you're going to do on that layout you're working on.

can you tell i work in surveyor too much?:hehe: :o

Man you have read my mind
"You spend all day at school planning what you're going to do on that layout you're working on."
And you are a trainzer if
you say "i will start with gmax someday" and it never comes
haha

Think that there is a kuid for everything. Even happiness. Where can I find that one...hmmm.........

TV goes on the blink, and you start searching for 'missing dependancies'...
When traveling on a train in bad waether you enter a tunnel and you catch yourself thinking 'Why isn't it raining in here"...

Sure we've all been there..... oh just me then :o

Andy

your a trainzer if you are at a railroad crossing whaching a train and look for cab mode.:o :mop: (they are helping me)

every time you hear c desent song you think about a fast train.

You might be a trainzer if...

You see a man driving like a maniac on the highway and your first thought is "Alistair."

and i do the "I'll start Blender some day," thing too. and i keep hearing a detector tell me my train has "Dragging equipment.":hehe:

Man, what I miss out on when I get on the forums late. :p

Obviously the "You Might Be a Redneck If..." series is popular enough. ;)

You Might be a Trainzer If...
  • You start playing Trainz (including Surveyor), and when you later exit Trainz, you wonder why it is so much later. ;)
(Silly cartoon of a person freaking out at a clock goes here.)

Regards. :p

Figure I can add a couple:

You might be a Trainzer if...

-You find that every single note you've written in school has some doodle of trackwork.

-You look at a railroad track and see spline points!

...see a famous loco and think: Hmmm, let's swap the bogies out for 3ft 6 ones, then it can run in Queensland! (Just look out for tunnels and bridges!)

You see the ACE Train go by with the numbers you put on it for the DLS upload, and you say, "hey, that's my Loco"

Cheers

AJ

You now realise your age is showing when, all your favourite Trainz locos are seen as classic or vintage!!:)

chrisw27:)

You read this through this thread and find yourself saying 'Hey, I've done that!' more than three times.

You see scenes in real life and imagine creating them in surveyor.

You see a real loco, wagon, load, object or building and think 'Can I get that for Trainz?'

Matt.

This one is totally me:

You see a route on the DLS whose download is only 30kb or thereabouts, and has only a few dependencies on the DLS, and you sadly shake your head and say "This guy doesn't get the point of Surveyor at all."

(No offense to anyone...I just like big routes).

You See a great layout in Model Railroader Magazine and immediately start building it in Surveyor (I do that...half of one of my routes is trackplans stolen from MR!)

You have Thomas installed, but only to drive him repeatedly off a cliff (Or at least that's what you tell yourself:hehe:)

You find that your life revolves around when you can get on the forums!

You view someone's screenshot on your PC and reflexively hold down the LMB and try to rotate your point of view...:hehe:

Done that too many freaking times already:hehe:

But what about looking at anything and wondering how many polys it is?

I've found myself doing that more and more lately and it's rather disturbing…
