I'm very sorry for being a dumb noob, but after someone suggested I post screenshots, I have prepared some to post in the Screenshots forum but it says "you may not post replies". I read through the FAQ and everything but didn't see anything relating to this unless I missed it which is quite possible as it's a big wall of text. Sorry for the basic question.
OK.... researching this it appears to be an error with permissions or something. I can confirm I have a fully registered version of the program.
