YMCA Mess Hall-like buildings?

I need a YMCA mess hall for my route. Does anyone know of a building that is somewhat similar to these? Here is a picture:

I never went to one, that offered that you could eat at the Y ... just had swimmin' pools

There are YMCA's, which are the ones with pools, and this is a YMCA camp, with cabins.

There is some UK content that looks similar to this. Do you have other views besides this one? That might help narrow down a similar model.

The building looks Victorian, perhaps a bit later Edwardian maybe ca. 1890s-1918 era.
