Hi gang I have just installed Trainz 2009 into windows 7 & I get an error message saying it doe,snot recognise my setup ?, please help a derailed Chappie,

you need to regsiter you seail number here on the forums up at teh top of the page,, i bet you not running it as admins rights

Hi Gang, loaded ok now but stutters a lot (excessive),

Firstly, as ct_krogen stated, you will need to register your serial number (click Serial Number above to reach the required form)

Secondly, what build is your version? (bottom-right of Launcher screen, usually 5 digits)

Also, what are your system specs (hardware)?
