There are many, many winter-tracks including some that are seasonal, meaning the tracks will be winter if the time and date are winter according to the environment calendar settings.
I have never seen any TSM winter track which will be broad gauge, by the way, for the former Eastern Block countries and Russia since it was laid to Russian gauge of 1530 mm.
I believe there is some decent seasonal track by mcguirel. Look for Ultra track.
To be honest, I have never used this track in any winter route so I don't know how well it works. That will be up to you to decide if the track is worth using. So download the track and give it a try.
