windows 8 & 2010

Hi everybody i just got a new laptop with windows 8
Samsung
Windows 8 64bit
Cpu intel core i7 3635qm
Lcd 15
Vram nvidia gt640m 1gb hybrid
Memory 8g
Hdd 1tb expresscache8gb

I install 2010, everything is working good, till i go install 3rd party rolling stock or dls rolling stock, they show up in a rainbow color and little square looking thing any idea on this thank you for any help
