Just updated mine.

I like that coloured title bars are now back on the windows. Was really getting sick of that totally white or black look.

On the other hand, updating my Win 10 has once again caused 3DS Max to need reactivation...:'(

One odd thing I got on updating was Skype was installed and I am logged in only I do not have a computer camera or a microphone so it is of no use.

...well, you COULD use it as an instant message tool... many train sim folks on it...

My Win 10 is still at 1511 and if I ask it to check for updates it states that I am up to date and no updates available. I must be way down the list for upgrading by Microsoft.

You can force the update by opening Settings, then Updates & Security, then click on the Learn More link. Click a big blue button (I forget what its label is) and this will load the Windows Update Assistant and the first thing it will do is check that your system is able to be updated. The entire process can take several hours.

I've updated all of my machines here without a hitch. T:ANE and other programs appear to run a tad faster.
