Will TS2009 Murchison pack function if moved to an external hard drive?

I finally got TS2009 working again! :Y: but I have a problem. It seems to be taking up ALOT of space. 23.6 gigs atleast. And I've got another problem. C:/ Drive is filling up. So far, it's gone down 5 gigs and still dropping. I only have 14.2 gigs of space left. So, will TS2009 work if I move it to an external hard drive and uninstall it from the main PC?

It will work but USB can be a bit slow, cheaper option is to add another internal drive, most PC's have space for at least two.

I've got several versions of Trainz (TC3, TS2009 and TS2010) installed on external USB 2.0 drives and have seen no problems.

Have you got an external HD, if so try it. If you haven't you'd be as well off getting another internal drive, partition it and use it solely for trainz.
