Will TRS2006 maps work in 2010?

I have a 1000 square mile map that I have been working on for many years now, and I was wondering will my TRS2006 map work in TRS2010? I am not to concerned about the 3rd party content as I can replace that with 2010 content, but the ground work is a very large layout with many large mountains that you can drive into and around. Will the 2006 map work ok in 2010? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello jjeff1955,

I myself moving to Trainz 2010, have not found one issues moving maps into 2010. A few content pieces have had errors that needed fixing to show up in native mode, but worked fine in compat mode. So I would think you shouldnt have any issues moving your route into Trainz 2010.

Switching from 2006 to 2010

I'll second that first reply. The 'only' issues I had with moving my route(s) over to 2010 was making sure the content was good to go. 2010 seems to be VERY picky about that.
