If you installed and registered your disk to your Planet Auran UN & PW, under your E-Mail address, and Planet Auran Profile, it can not be re-registered by another persons UN & PW.

In order for anyone else to use your disk, you would have to supply them your UN & PW, and your E-Mail address, to the buyer, and the person would have to assume your identity, and your Planet Auran profile, for log in, and DLS identity.

As Trainz licenses are not transferable, by doing this you will be in breach of the End User License Agreement for Trainz. If you have registered the serial number, then the person you give Trainz to would not be able to register it in their account, and as such would not be able to access any online functions. The same applies for the version that you would receive in your proposal (again though, this is in breach of the EULA).

The Trade I have proposed is for a brand new, unopened, never registered, straight from Simulator Central boxed Trainz 12. The Trainz 10 Anniversary Edition I want is to replace my disc's which have been destroyed. I would be using my own legitimate, registered serial number. It is the program I need. I am a long time trainz user, not a crook or pirate.

Contact the helpdesk... perhaps they can provide a new disk for you.
