Imagine the outrage when a n00b spends all day installing trainz to find nothing on it... And that they then have to download stuff (which, without an FCT, takes ages for a route)
Built-In stuff is fine. Assets are usually pretty good, routes are varied and usually fun. It's a decent base to work with and considering how big most drives are these days, it hardly makes a difference.
PS - The filter: Built in: False would get hide built in stuff in content manager searches. You might be missing some quality assets though
