For the content that's showing up with red names in the list, try running 2010 in 'Compatibility Mode' (red listed content is content that's faulty, which 2010 will not load usually in it's default Native Mode without the errors being fixed).
To do this, in either Surveyor or Driver, select the main menu and click on Settings, and 'Video Settings', and then make sure to click the tick on the box beside ' Turn on Compatibility Mode'. Then click OK.
You'll need to shut down 2010 and restart it for Compatability Mode to work though. Most older faulty content should now appear (although their names will still be listed in red - the only way to change that is to fix whatever errors each piece of content has, a time consuming task).
I have heard that the latest patch for 2010 (the Multiplayer Beta) removes this mode though from 2010, so if you've installed this patch there's not much that can be done sadly, other than either to fix the faulty content, or uninstall the software and then reinstall it (without the multiplayer patch).
