i know, its wierd looking at snowplows on a hot day but i came across these and was wondering if anyone knew why would the plow face oppposite directions? The loco would be pushing it so what would be the use of the other plow? BTW, I found them at http://www.northeast.railfan.net/plow3.html

I don't know for sure, but could it be that having the plow at both ends makes it easier to use on a return trip to they don't have to turn it around?

Wow thats kinda ugly in the second pic. Sorry but it is. Yeah they have the double plows for return trips. I personly think that the single plows look better though.

Hi Naikrd

Please be aware of Auran Trainz Code of Conduct #18 which states in part and I quote:

"Screen shots posted to the Trainz Community Discussion Forums should be in .jpg format and not exceed a maximum resolution of 800x600 pixels". Any screen shots that exceed this limit will be modified to links or removed from the post altogether."

You can post larger images in the Screenshots forum as long as they are in fact screenshots and on topic.

Cheers

AJ
