Why are the revised BR blue-grey Mk1s not available to Trainz Plus members?

Hi All, I'm bumping a post I made in May 2024 regarding the revised version of the Tornado pack that was issued to Plus and Gold members last year:

Good news is that the version of BR blue is substantially better (I'll be using this as the new baseline for BR blue in Trainz) and the B4 bogie is now working.

However, there are a few problems. Three of the coaches - the BCK, the RMB and the BG - appear to have reverted back to the 'square window' version of the mesh that featured in the prototypes (but fortunately not the first release). Here they are compared with my reskin of the earlier version.

As can be seen with the BG, there are also some issues with the window frames on some of the coaches.

So, two steps forward and one back, which I think represents some form of progress. I hope that N3V can quickly correct these latest errors and issue an update soon.

On 9th August, N3V issued new versions of these coaches as part of the BR blue pack. As a Plus member I have the existing (faulty) coaches packaged with my installation and these are now showing as 'Newer version available'. However, as far as I'm aware, these coaches are only available to Gold members as part of the BR blue pack.

Can N3V confirm:

1. that the coaches have been updated and the faults identified above are rectified in the new BR blue pack?
2. that the updated versions are only available to Gold members?
3. and therefore that Plus members will be left with the faulty versions (which may never be updated)?

I've had many occasions over the last year to wonder what the point of a Plus subscription is; now I have one more! It seems fundamentally unfair that we Plus members should be left with faulty versions of a product that we paid a subscription for. Can these new versions of the Blue Mk1s be added to a revised version of the Tornado pack and that made available on the DLC Store please? (Note I'm not asking for the other BR blue stuff to be available on Plus, just the stuff that came with Tornado.)
