Why a Red above Blank Signal?

oh well i did it like the real thing. take it up with them 25 years ago.
Did you model the Mojave Sub as it was 25 years ago? Did you get copies of the TT/SI, operating rule book and track charts from 25 years ago?

Actually I’d like to take a look at them, do you have any links?

I can't speak for Justin, but getting hands on this stuff often is far from easy, especially track charts, and it's often going to be from different years if not periods.

yes the period modeled was from 1985 to 1995.
Thanks, the closest thing I’ve got to that is a copy of the GCOR book (Third Edition, Effective-April 10, 1994) which I got when I was working in the Midwest.

It does show the Southern Pacific listed under the Railroads that adopted and operated under GCOR. The definition of a Distant Signal in that book wasn’t any different from the other example in the newer GCOR book I posted a link to earlier.

dont have links to anything notable to share. we dont get everything from the internet.
I don’t either that’s why I asked, most of the data I get (unless it’s very out dated data) comes right from the railroad or from what I received while working for them.
