Wow - there has been a bit of complaining about forum speed of late. Well whatever was tweaked while things were down for half an hour or so today has had awesome results.

I'm a little confused. What wasn't clean about his post. Dermmy, I'd have to agree, my access speed has dramatically improved since yesterday.

It don't matter. Most everyone that's been here lately knows who is being refereed to even though whatever was deleted.

I think it was Mike who waved his magic wand over the forums.

Wow - this is weird.

Nothing was deleted from my original post. No-one was referred to in my original post. The only purpose of my original post was to thank Auran for sorting out the forum speed issue. The only change Boco made to my original post was that where he has 'complaining' I had 'bit**ing' with a 'ch' where the ** is.

I am emphatically NOT complaining about a moderators editing decision, just seeking to set the matter straight before things get out of hand.

We all have to be mindful when reading a forum that a statement which might be colloquially offensive in one region may well devoid of derogatory implication to the writer. My original statement is one which if made by one of my kids would not even raise an eyebrow and at the time of writing I had absolutely no idea that it could ever be interpreted to be offensive in any way whatsoever.

Crazy stuff....
