Whistle Testers please?

I just got done finishing and installing my newest whistle for trainz. I'd like to see if someone would be willing to tell me what they think. If this is on the Download Station search for ( Nickle Plate road 765 Whistle) and try it out for me.. I am not entirely sure why, but you will notice when the train gets further away from you or if you get far ahead of the train the whistle is still as loud as if you were next to it... I haven't fixed that bug. If you know whats wrong feel free to help! otherwise, Let me know! Thanks!

I will help you out and as for the distance bug. Thats not your whistle thats with the game itself. If you turn off the 3D sounds it will or should get quieter the farther away you are.

I am not so new to this game and yet at the same time i'm getting back into it. Having said that, How do you turn off 3D sounds? Thanks!

In TS12 there are sound controls where you can uncheck the 3D sounds. This is found under Main Menu and options in both Driver and Surveyor, and the full launched game.
