Which Trainz?

Hi
I have been plodding along with UTC for a while, and have finally got round to getting a DX9 compatible card for my Desktop (I got it 6 years ago!).
I hear TR2004 was about the best trains ever, but would TR2006 be better, should I get TC3 or just wait for the 2009 release?

No matter what one's answer is , it will more than likely recieve a negative response from the next poster !
2-3 months for TS2009 , I would wait and watch the Forum once it has been released and see how it is accepted !

But I'll take the bait , I personally am very happy with TRS2006 !!

Very happy with TRS2004.

Plugging away and coming to grips with TC3.

Its all personal preference; I like 2006. however my "patched" TC is quite nice as well. The 09 Dev looks nice however I just installed it and really haven't had time to play around in it yet. It is really hard to tell which version you will like.

Go for 2009 but if you can't wait, 2006 would be good preparation for 2009.

I disagree, sometimes two or more posters promote the same version in a row!

I am happy with 2006 as well, but do look forward to 2009.
