Which Patch/Hotfix do I download for Build 47452?

Download 47452 -> 48249,
Then 48249 -> 49922,
Then 49922 -> 61388 if you want to go to SP1 HF4.

I always found the SP Patch page very confusing, stuff scattered around all over the place.

I think we all need a simple directions for patching, for TS10 and TS12

I patched TS10 build 42203 -> 43434 -> 44088 -> 49933 ... If asked to upgrade, Click "NO" (as 49938 loses compatibility mode)

I patched my TS12 46957 -> 48249 -> 49922 -> 61388

The patch page totally confuses me ... not many people know what they are all for, let alone deciphering: What the heck is HF4, HF1 ?

What patches can you skip past to get to the best build ?
