Where is the serial number?

Hello all,

I just d/l the new Trainz Simulator 12. I was then sent a do-not-reply message as to where to download the files. I d/l files and ran the setup.exe and when it came to the area where we have to enter the serial number I realized that I could not find my serial number. Any ideas as to how and where I can locate mine?

My serial numbers appear in the 'Serial Number' box, next to 'Code of Conduct, at top,( TS2010 and S&C), but no idea how long it takes to appear after the download order.

Serial Number doesn't work

My son got TS2010 Engineer edition for Christmas. Entering the SN that is on the back of the manual gives an invalid response. I make sure that the case is correct, and dashes are correct, but it doesn't accept it. Any advice?

is there a anyway to get free Amtrak Superliner Coaches and locomovites for trainz 12 and i try it but then it wont let me do it so does anyone know how to
