Where is The Content Vault?

Yes, I know I should be able to find it but.... I'll skip the self-deprecation and just ask - is there a link to the Silver Content Vault? I stumbled across it last week and spent time examining it but failed to mark/save its location. Despite searching I can't find the path.

Well I stumbled onto it under MyTrainz where it is obvious EXCEPT to me. Time to change medication.
