Where do you railfan at? (May include a dial-up warning)

about five blocks from my house. main reason i live in the part of town (and this town particular town, roseville california,) where i do. which is actually a rather good part of this particular town, unusual as that might seem.

I don't go trainspotting much at home, (We call it trainspotting here) because there's not much to see around here, we mainly only get the Countrylink Xplorer that comes twice daily, and the odd freight train, but I don't know when it comes until I see it. We were following 3830 when it visited Tamworth, and it was quite a sight, especially when we got within a few metres of it at a level crossing as it passed!
