Where do we report suspected bugs? Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019 Platinum Edition

Is this the right place to report suspected bugs?

For example:

I startup TRS2019PE and select the Rocky Mountaineer Route and then the 02 Rocky Mountaineer Eastbound Engineer Auran <kuid2:523:19723529:29>

I start the session. Select 2 to get an external view and maneuver the camera to be on the left side looking at the two locomotives.

I press the - (minus) key and the view shifts to aim at the trailing engine. Then it's stuck.

Pressing the - key or the +/= key changes nothing.

If I press 1 to go back to interior cab and then 2 to again go outside now when I press - the view shifts to the baggage/generator car. +/= takes me to the lead loco. Now - and +/= allow me to alternate between the lead engine and the baggage/generator car.

There seems to be all kinds of inconsistencies like this when trying to use the various view options and it seems to be a function of how you got to the current view.

Any thoughts?

Ah, I thought it was just me, but you've got this odd focusing behaviour too!

In versions prior to TRS19 SP3 I used to be able, when in external view (no. 2), to hit the "-" key make the viewing focus hop from loco to wagon, to the next, to the next, until I got to the end of the train. And hop back to the front of the train using +/=.
In the current version, regardless of which route and which session, I can only jump from loco to whatever vehicle is in second position.

It does not bother me much, so I had not yet considered reporting a bug. Regarding your question, if I'm correct you go to Auran MyTrainz, log into your account, go to Helpdesk (left side menu) and file a ticket. Then wait for a response, which can be a couple of days, because the Helpdesk is peopled by actual human beings, not chatbots. Hope this helps.

There was some mention about camera behavior being fixed in SP4. Let's hope this is what they're talking about.

When I check from the launcher it says there are no updates. Don't know if I have SP4 or not?

You would only have SP4 if you are running latest beta release 114400. On your launch panel you have a build number in lower left corner.
