Where can I find these?

A lot of the logging/lumber/sawmill industry stuff was before TRS2004 so when you enter the DLS, make sure the boxes for UTC and Trainz are checked as well as TRS2004 etc up to whatever Trainz version you are using:
Look for:
Logging-jinker by idiotbuoy
OCR Logging Forwarder Crane by OverlordNZ
(if you do a "Username" search for OverlordNZ - or just search for "OCR" on the DLS - you will find a lot of stuff for the "OCR Logging Project)
Murchison Logging (if you want an example of a full route with logging industry).
A search for "Lumber" reveals a couple of pre-formed layout modules.
From memory, a guy called "slugsmasher" worked on a Trainz logging camp project so a search for his Username may yield some useful stuff.
For vehicles - look for:
CAT950G Logger from Daemondex
Logcat from feewaybill
Tanker Forestry by Richo
All the following by username "alien3":
logtrailer
logging horn sound
logger3
articulated logging harvester rear
articulated logging lorry rear
articulated logging lorry front
logger2
