Where Can I Find Information About Programming Industries?

I am attempting to figure out how multiple industries work in Trainz12, but cannot figure them out. This concerns "Multi Ind Str I=10m" (or I=60m). Is there a pdf or something I could read that gives details on how these work. I do not understand how to program: Queues, Tracks, Processes, and Products. When I think I have it correct, and have the waybill rate at 100%, I still do not get a waybill. Please let me know where I can find more information on this.
