If your are talking about TS2010, and running it in a window, then it is the framrate of the current scene. When I do this, I get around 60 fps.

What is your computer specifications? Even a crappy Intel GMA card archieve better framerate :O

Ah Ha...framerate. K makes sense now. Yeah, but its all over the place from as low as 4.5 all the way to over 60. Thanks folks
