Trainzobjectz shows my downloads as having this, when I had UTC it suggested removing them, but now I`m on 2004, it doesn`t say anything.

Did you SP4 yet for '04, BLACKWATCH? If not, get it here.
BTW, I never had this answered: Was there ever a UTC 1.6?

Had already done SP4 Moojgoo, read about that on here before I bought 2004.
I had got the latest update on my UTC, but was only on 1.5, build 404. so I don`t think they ever got to 1.6
