Trainz 2009 is free if you sign up for the newsletter.
Otherwise TS19 costs $4 on sale today. Personally I'd go TS22 PE for $17.50
Ask a parent to indulge you.

Click the Store link at the top of this page. The first pop-up that should appear is a form to sign up to the newsletter.
I don't think that any of us here have a clue what you are referring to. I have never had to use an "organisiation ID" when ordering or downloading anything from N3V. The one thought I had was that you were referring to some sort of payment or banking transfer code but since you want the free version that is obviously not the case.
@Gabriel_Trainz_80 - Get your mom or dad to help you. Have them go to this website, and follow directions to get you the free copy of Trainz 2009.

I suppose not mandatory today (since it is not listed as obsolete).

@Gabriel_Trainz_80 - There is no "code". You can type any word or words in the Organization box. For example "Gabriel's Box of Trainz" " My Moms the Best", "Bob the Cat". Anything you want.

I just tried it, you don't need to enter anything in the organization field.
Enter your name in the upper field: Gabriel_Trainz_80
In the lower field, enter Registered Serial Number from here: https://www.auran.com/planetauran/SN_Enter_Serialnumber.php
