What is going on with First Class Tickets?

My credit card account posted the transaction:

11/04/2012 CHG-VISA INT'L SERVICE FEE -0.52 226.57
11/04/2012 CHG-N3V GAMES PTY LTD HELENSVALE -26.05 226.05


The ticket is already activated:

And still I am getting the same crappy download speed of 6.75 KBps, what is going on?
 
Make sure your download queue is empty in Content Manager.

If you still don't have access at the proper speed, you can try a couple of quick fixes first.

Go into CM and blank out your password. You can put in the same one again, but force the program to update it.

Log out of CM. Let everything close out and wait a few minutes. Log back in and see if that works.

If this doesn't work, you might have to wait 24hours for the server to reset.

See the forum on Content Manager support for more details. To be honest, I've never had problems with Content Manager or my FCT, so I'm only going by what I've read.

Wow! thanks a lot John, it now flies at 500 KBps, sometimes 1500 KBps. I emptied the queue, exited and started again. thanks
