The DLS stands for Down Load Site. This is the medium through which a lot of people who have spend a lot of time creating content share it for free with the rest of the world.
Now I am going to assume you already knew that, but since your post is lacking any specific information on what you are complaining about, I suggest you be a lot more clear in a reply. Post kuids, names, etc. In other words: Be a lot more descriptive.
