What happens with DLC?

Hello, I'm from poland. Yesterday I bought a TS2010 and I started to download stuff, after you download the 100mb, downloading stopped working and since yesterday, shows me the message: "You can not get it. Server may be full." I tried several times but still the same! I have a FCT !!. I'm so pissed off ...

yes, I have an active FCT. I'm pissed off because I just FCT for 7 days, because I got so many games on the registration page, Auran, and I can not use it.

did as said in the link, that is:
- Change the password on the Auran
- I removed the two asset files, and turned on the repair of the database
- Do not use the helper, only CM

Still not working ...
 
In addition to this, some users have attempted to activate it using the Order History page, which is incorrect. It has to be done through the Download Tickets page.

If the advice given in the previous posts fails, you may need to contact the Helpdesk as they can refresh your account. (Do try all advice given first, including Malc's advice)

and just on the download ticket I had my ticket for activation. I clicked activate and it is active.
How do I contact them? have already had a TS2006 and too many people have trouble with the DLS. Thought I learned Auran have any ...
 
You can contact N3V by clicking Helpdesk above, then following the instructions to start a new ticket (the login details for Helpdesk are the same as you use here).

Before you do, can I ask what processes you've done so far to attempt to rectify the problem? I'm normally pretty good at rectifying download-related issues, even up to the point of having a sticky thread relating to it in DLS,FCT (which is where download-related problems should go)

I've done this:
- Change password at Auran
- Remove files asset, and repair of the database in CM
- The list does not remove the helper, because I have it
- I tried many times of clicking the "start downloading" in the CM
- On / off, the game
 
OK - seems to be normal proceedure so far.

I do need to check though - did you have Trainz running when you were changing the password? If you did, the change will not be valid.

Also, it may be possible to fix it by removing your username and password from the Content Manager settings box, closing Trainz, then reopening it and re-entering your details into Content Manager.

I can not stand ... I removed the username and password in the CM and turned off the Trainz. I started the page Auran, changed the password and logged off. Now run the CM and does not work neither old nor the new password. He writes that you can not find my profile or is bad cd key. On the Auran I log in and operate a new password.
