What happened?

Hello,
What happened to funforme3's Amtrak Surfliner Cab Car? The release date said was 7/20/11, and nothing.

I know there is a mesh file out there, but I don't know how to put it into trainz.

So if anyone knows out there, I would be obliged to know what happened.

I got the mesh files, but I have NO IDEA how to put them in Trainz. I don't even have Gmax.
