What folders to move to NEW install

I just installed a 2nd version of TS12 and patched to Build 58414. Which folder do I import from my other version of TS12 (Build 49922) through CM to add MY STUFF to this new version? Does the "Userdata" folder contain everything that I have installed, modified and downloaded? Should I just select that folder?

ANY help would be appreciated.

UserData contains everything you need.
