This error will only occur if you use an asset on your route that has an invalid UserID. In this case, the creator has used a userID that is not linked to their account (or anybody else's account), and hence is not a valid UserID. This does have an implication to you as well, it is
very easy for two or more creators to use the same UserID number, and possibly use the same asset ID number.
Imagine you create a route, and place a station on it (industry active). Now, another creator uses the exact same kuid number for a locomotive, and you then install this locomotive. Suddenly you have no station, no missing dependencies, and no way to fix it easily...
Another case is simply that, from our investigation into this, the majority of the creators who do this either do not have a registered account or do not have a valid Trainz serial number. Either way, we aren't going to support this, and as such we are working on ways to prevent this.
This, again, helps you because the UserID is able to be searched for here, allowing you to find the username of the author, and hence likely find the location of any non DLS dependencies that they may have created:

If you search for the userID number '869154', there are no results. That UserID is invalid, and now makes it more difficult to locate the author...
Now, how to fix this. As stated in my previous reply, there is already a copy of this asset with a valid UserID number on the Download Station. Simply locate the original asset in Content Manager, copy it's name down, then do a search for the full name.
In the case of Rus auto old excavator,<kuid:869154:978>, this is replaced by Rus auto old excavator,<kuid:447264:99909>. As the UserID is changing, and the new asset isn't built-in (so as to have them available as quickly as possible for you, they wet to the DLS), we can't automatically obsolete the original asset.
Once you have downloaded the new asset, please simply use the replace-assets tool to replace the original asset with the new one.
