I put in a ticket and they have had the whole day to respond and nothing. I would realy like to get this fixed what ever it is.

A whole day to respond????? More like it will be a week or two.

Invalid dependency used probably means a dependency that is not on the DLS.

There's nothing you can do to fix this error as it's at N3V's end. Helpdesk are aware of it and are probably looking into it.
