What does it mean when there is a 🚫 in an asset type picture

For some reason, on some textures I have, I get this on some, such as the wire texture

Notice the 🚫 in the bottom right corner? Well, what does that mean?

As partially explained above, the ones with that symbol are restricted assets (there are three possible restrictions from memory). As for the red boxes I'd suggest checking if you've got any faulty or missing dependency textures.

The circle with the diagonal bar in 2010 would signify it's a builtin asset so can't be edited.
Can't remember if 2010 has a revert function but suggest revert the grid which appears to be open for edit, if you can't, delete it from the editing folder and the builtin one should reappear and hopefully work.

The no symbole mark you see usually means its payware content and / or has editing permissions applied and if the user tried to edit, the asset might become faulty or invisible.
That was back when the word payware couldn't be displayed. I have tons of those from the 3 TS12 DLC I own.

Here is an example of one...

As I said before....... Show in Explorer or browse to your editing folder and delete the the assets folder. It will then revert to the builtin version which is hard coded in the ja files and can't be damaged by doing this.

I did that, i'll test later, and I have another problem, on SO many reskins I make I get this error
Error: The texture '*example*/*example.tga' failed to load.
