What does "AUTODETECT" mean? ...and a CONFIG question.

I believe the autodetect is related to the multiplayer. You can also make changes to the config via CCP.

This is part of the multiplayer system (however the driver setup rule is the same between them, so these settings will show in either). May also be useful for sessions.

It allows you to select between either an 'AI only' or 'Player Only' setting for a driver (or of course have it automatically detect what it's doing). IIRC, AI only makes the train unselectable in Driver (or something to this effect).

A warning if using CCP to edit config files...

Even if you click No on the first box, it will still up the trainz-build value in the config to match that version of CCP. For example TS2009's CCP will update it to 2.9.
