Windows 7 HP. Wishing I had stuck to XP.
I thought the idea of a poll was to click on the answer of your choice from the options given, not to also leave a note here in the thread incase the poll does not want to count the votes correctly...:p

Windows 7 HP 64bit on a new custom-built Zoostorm PC

* Intel(R) Celeron(R) dual-core CPU G350
* 2.40GHz
* 2GB Ram
* 488GB seagate HD
* Intel(R) HD graphics

My new gaming PC seems to like trainz 2009 a lot better than my old Windows XP home PC ever did. All game specs pass with flying colours (all green ticks) on the Zoostorm, yet on the old XP system most of the game specs flagged up as yellow coded warnings. I use *G-Boost* gaming software to strip down the Zoostorm PC to basics when running Trainz 2009.

all downloaded trainz 2009 content from the DLS, and my own created route/session is backed up on one of my two USB flash drives.

Windows Vista 32 bit. 2GB RAM, speedtrees disabled. On a 3 year old HP Pavillion dv6 laptop. Trainz runs just fine, as I've set it to use all 2.00GB of RAM. :p

Running both TS2010 and TS12. TS12 has the SnC add-on installed in it too.

Hi Everybody.
I run trainz 2010 on Windows 7*64 along with Railworks 3 and ship simulator.

I have trains 2010 on my laptop running Vista*32 along with Railworks but it does not get used very much as neither of them worked very well on that at any time. However having said that the laptop does not get used very much these days for anything.

I have Trainz for android on my Samsung Galaxy tab which I downloaded in the last week and seems to work very well.

My preference from all of them is ship simulator extremes on PC

Hi Joe and Everybody
Hello Kris Deagle, it's the first time I've seen you on the forum, so welcome to Trainz, your life ends here...;)

I thought Windows XP 32bit was superb, but now since I have a new machine, Windows 7 64bit seemed to be the next best thing, and it seems to be holding it's own. So exactly after a year since I got my new Computer, Microscoff announced The New Windows 8 aggghhhhh...:'(, they always wait until I buy there product, then they change it.

I am sticking with Windows 7.

Joe Airtime

Joe, I was reading the other day that Windows 7 users will be able to upgrade to Windows 8 for a very cheap price which I think was between £10 and £12 British Sterling. I was on a train from Nottingham when I read the article in the " web users" Magazine just as the train was arriving into Birminham where I had to change. I had not finished reading all the article and in scrabbling to pick everything up as I got off I left the magazine in the carriage. However, if I am wrong in the above, doubtless someone will correct what I have stated.

I hope I am right as I will definitely be upgrading at that price
