Video settings for an individual user are like a speaker system for your music. Each varies according to your taste. NVIDIA has a lot of setting you can adjust. Go ahead and experiment. One good thing about NVIDIA Control Panel is that it will let you save a current configuration. Change something, save the config, and then run Trainz. If it works better, then go back to that NVIDIA configuration and change something else. If you get worse results, go back one config.
