western maryland content shows up highlighted in red

I downloaded everything I could find with the Western Maryland logo and it shows up in surveyor highlighted in red and is not available for use. If there is no way to use this content how would I go about fixing it or how do you get rid of content you don't want. Also could you please tell me how to list my operating equipment at the bottom of a post.
