If I remember rightly, there was an article in a really, really old (late 1970's/early 1980's) issue of Australian Model Railway Magazine that listed the various locos used on the TGR's 1'8.5" line out of Zeehan, but sadly I've long since lost this issue (this is the line that the pioneering TGR K class Garratt was used on).
More recently, the latest issue of Light Railways has an article on one of the Zeehan tramways as well as I recall, but I didn't buy this issue when I was at the newsagent when I saw it. It might pay to pick up a copy yourself though.
